Overview
LED replacement bulbs can fit vehicle tail lights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals or side marker lights. This 3157 dual-contact, dual-function bulb has 18 LEDs (5050 SMD) that create a 360° viewing angle for better, allover light emission with reduced hot spots. Amber lights feature high-intensity LEDs that are ideal for high brightness LED applications. Tower-style design with a 16-mm wedge base for easy plug-and-play installation. The energy-efficient bulb operates within a wide 9~14.8V DC range and is designed to last 30,000 hours on your car, truck, SUV, or van—25 times longer than incandescent bulbs. Available in cool white, amber and red. Not sold in pairs. Price per bulb.

| Lumen meters are a great way to measure white light output but can be deceptive for colored bulb intensity. Lumens measure light wavelengths in all colors of the visible spectrum. Because multiple wavelengths create white light and colored bulbs are a single-wavelength source, colored bulbs will have lower lumen readings. However, they will appear equally as bright as a white bulb. |  |

Perfect Choice
I'm very happy with these lights. I bought them for use as brake lights. They are bright, have a clear difference in brightness between running light and brake light settings, and they illuminate the whole brake light housing. They are nearly the same size as their incandescent counterparts, so there are no installation issues. The price is a bit much, but they really are the best choice in my opinion. I ended up buying more of these for the front!
DRLS for my 2004 Cadillac Escalade, AMAZING!
I just installed two of these in place of the stock halogen DRLS on my 2004 Cadillac Escalade. The difference is amazing! Much brighter, cool white light, exactly what I was looking for. Freshened up the front of my aging SUV. I have attached a pic of the LEDS vs. the stock halogen, wow! SBL.com got them packed and shipped very quickly, great experience buying these from them.
Awesome Product!!
I've only had this product installed for about 5 days now, but I love it so far. It's just as bright if not brighter than the incandescent bulb that it replaced. I love the fact that it draws less current and has a much longer lifespan than incandescent bulbs. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to replace a burnt out bulb.
Note: If you have a 2000 Buick LeSabre like I do, the oversize LEDs will not fit in the housing due to being too long. This product is not oversize, so it will fit.
